In the spirit of 'we'... it's a great time to share what you are eating. It doesn't only help YOU, it helps the 'WE'... the whole group of us going through this journey. We can watch another power through the pre-op liquid diet, or someone else pushing on through the first few weeks post-op... or someone a year out learning to maintain. Either way... this journey (and typically a SUCCESSFUL journey) means there will be more than just you involved.

Stuffed chicken for breakfast... and for the rest, well, something WLS-friendly at the lodge I hope.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
