The Lodge

Hey all! I had an absolute BLAST at the lodge and will post photos later... mwahaha.  I slept until almost 4pm today....wooooooooouh.

It was so nice to see and meet everyone - this is truly an amazing group from all across Minnesota (and a little from Wisconsin too)!! 

Wish I coulda made it.  I had a prior commitment for part of the time, and I was feeling a little under the weather, so I stayed home and slept awhile.  Hoping to make it next year, though!

How nice it was to sit around a fire place and get to know some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.  Late night chats are funner than early morning coffee, and this weekend we got to do both.  The ambience was beautiful but the company was beautifuller......

I'm so easily amused though, I've decided. The wintergreen lifesaver spark trick in the dark was my favorite part of the night nature walk! LOL

Only thing I'm bummed about is I thought I took a pic of the game table last night and when I went to look through my pics today, there wasn't one. Did anyone get one?

I'll upload pics in a couple hours as well.

I loved the Lifesaver thing too! My crayon was orange... I guessed red....close... so close. lol :)
