SAT: How are we moving?

I decided to switch the typical 'you' to the 'we' today. Why? Well, we're all in this together. In times of hardships (and believe you-me, we all have them or WILL through this journey)... it's nice to know there's someone else out there on your side. When we post about our movement for the day... we unite as a group of people who are moving their body toward better health.

SO HOW ARE YOU MOVING THIS SATURDAY?

Me? I might take a walk in my incisions feel up to it, lol

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

5:30 am. went on the treadmill for 30 minutes, 1.791 miles, burned 307.9 calories.....

I plan on taking a walk or two at the lodge...:)

It's Saturday.........that means 8am aerobics......I'll be heading there after some more coffee and some cottage cheese.

Woke up at 6:30.. hit the gym
30min in olliptical calories burned 310
Home.. 25 min floor and excersice ball work out,
Will prolly hit the gym later too (no kid this weekend, need to catch up)
