I have a lot of fat on my upper arms so I figured I'd start now, before surgery, and do arm curls and such with some 3-5 pound weights.  It's simple to do while I'm watching TV.

I am having the same issue as well. It is a hard one to deal with. I actually had a consult with a surgeron to see what my options were and what they thought about my extra skin. Unfortunately, for me there is NO amount of toning I can do to get these suckers to go away. Someone else had said the same way I feel, I can handle the saggy boobs, but my arms I think I will for sure have to do something about. I am already dreading the summer when I will have to wear short sleeves. I have never been self-conscious about my arms, but this summer I will be :(
