MON: What are you eating AND drinking??
There are MANY benefits to drinking water - weight loss, decreased hunger, healthier skin and a healthier brain.
So for today's "What are you eating?" please also post ideas about what you are DRINKING. How do you get your liquid in for the day... what mix-ins do you use or what other tricks to do you have up your sleeve?

B: Eggs
L: Ham, brussel sprouts
D: I had Salmon last night, so Tilapia most likely tonight
For my water... I use a metal water bottle. I love the Wal-Mart brand Cherry Limeade mix-in. It's delicious! We have a full pitcher of it in the fridge almost all of the time. I also do SF Hot Chocolate, SF Apple Cider once in a while... and of course my MILK.

I just got another fill last Wed, at 8cc's now... just going to solids today --
I hope to try to answer this post daily...
B- 1/c peas, 1/2 c beans
L- either 1/2 peas, 1/2 beans or 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
s- not sure at this time----
snacks if I have any might be a ww ice cream 1 or 2 points--
I enjoy the beans and peas mixed... very tasty--
I do have a problem on the weekends getting my water in.. I also use crystal light, some of the no brands are good- So Beach is good too... I have coco also.. tea sometimes..

I'm finally into pureed foods as of today!! Hurrah!!
B: yogurt
L: pureed tuna, mayo and dill; blended pears
S: pudding
D: mashed pots
S: protein drink
I drink mostly water, but now and then I add a CL packet. As barbie said I too have trouble getting water in on the weekends, but I've been more carefully since surgery. Recently, I've discovered soy latte steamers - steamed soy milk with sf flavor - Yum! It's a nice treat.
