Ok Ok!! I was so exhausted yesterday when I got home, but now I can ge*****ped up for you!! I am so happy it was  hit!

Fantastic Crab Dip
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cloves of garlic (I use the minced kind in the jar)
2-4 green onions, chopped
6-8 ounces imitation crabmeat
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
I mix everything up all at once with a mixer. Chill in the fridge till ready to eat. Great on crackers

You can also serve it warm. Just warm it up in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes.
Enjoy

Therese - you should be far enough out for this! Just be careful of cracker choice (I know Triscuit's can be tricky for some).

One more question.

They amount in that container at the lodge.  Was that a single or double batch?

Thanks!
