For the most part, Your story sounds like mine. I jump all the hoops and everything went like clock work. I went in to see Dr Jeff Baker (Unity) and hadn't even submitted the paperwork to HP yet. He said so when do you want surgery, next week? Totally took me by surprise. I opted to pu**** out 2 weeks, the approval came in in less than a week.
Unity is a great place. A co-worker had Dr Johnson and is very happy with him.

WOW, our stories really do sound the same. I'm happy to hear that HP got back to you that soon. I did have a choice of which surgeon, I said that I really did care they both have a great record and both are very pleasant to talk with, so go with the earlest openings. It is just hard for me to think that in two weeks I could be done with the surgery. I was expecting to wait until June, what a welcome surpise.
