THURS: How are you exercising today?
Good day to you all.. I'm hoping for decent weather for a little outdoors activity... but then there's always the gym too. Here's a thinker quote about exercise today:

How are you moving today?
ME? I will do 30 minutes at the gym after work most likely. I'm taking it easy still. Only 9 days after surgery.

Hi Ho, Hi Ho it's to the gym I go, la la la la la la la Hi HO, Hi Ho Hi Ho. It will be another relatively long workout this morning, about 70 minutes of cardio and then some strength training. I am getting used to the new med schedule (that has me waking up at 3:30) and doing better at going to bed early. Now, if I could get my eating back in control I would have the trifecta.
Goal for today- 100 oz of water and only eating what I carry- no outside food. Wish me luck.

Hey Michael-
You ROCK too- let's hear it for us early risers!! I am getting better at doing the longer cardio sessions, although I have had to give up rowing right now because it bothered my knees too much. I am thankful for my OH family as well as my gym family for keeping me motivated to work out. Can';t wait for coffee on Saturday- it will be nice to see people!

tI am thrilled to be able to report that I have been working out at Life Time Fitness for the past month! I had been in a slump for way to long before. I had two free sessions with a personal trainer this week and I learned so much! YAY is all I have to say for all of us who are movin' and groovin'!!!!
