Good morning everone! We're half way through the work week now.. are you still keeping up with the plans you had for your diet this week? Do you feel like you're still on track? If not.. what can you do to get yourself back on track? And if you are.. give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it!

I am making more of an effort to eat more at breakfast and lunch... I just don't seem to be all that hungry those times of the day.
