I had a stuck episode on Monday so I've been taking it easy this week. Dr said to stick with liquids and very soft food.

L-yogurt, cheese stick
D-yogurt, 5 jellybeans

Boy looking at this menu what the heck am I doing????? 

I should be better tomorrow with my food intake
