I am heading to the gym in about 1/2 hour- will do about 80 minutes of cario- I just read an article about slowing down on the treadmill- it said that for weight loss you should slow down so your heart rate doesn't go as high. I'm not sure that I believe it- so I will ask the trainer about it today. My goal is to do a total of 10 miles again between the 3 machines that I will use. We shall see how it goes :-)
