Me? I am going to work hard to plan ahead. Yesterday was a bad day for me...

B: Cottage cheese
S: Coffee
L: Soup
D: Ham

Lots and lots of water water water

B- yogurt & Caribou coffee with you
L- Leftover Buffalo wings

Breakfast: 8 oz milk, 1 scoop Nature's Plus Ultra Energy Shake

Snack: a delicious, delicious Caribou latte with SF Vanilla syrup and nonfat milk

Lunch: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup fruit, a small salad with peas, green pepper, and egg

Dinner: I'm thinking something Mexican? (insert Homer Simpson's salivating noise here)



I hope I get enough H20 in... I think I've been lacking the past couple days. Oops!

L: soup / one scoop vanilla ice cream
D: I am finally sitting down to have some soup

It's really weird. I had my surgery on 3/24 and haven't had a fill yet.
I am rarely hungry and for now my food obsession seems to be dormant.
It should be interesting to see how long this lasts.
My surgery went very well and I feel almost 100 percent, which is all that really matters.
