OT - Make your own greek yogurt!

Quite a few websites on how to do this, so I thought I would try it.  Easy and it works great.  Rainbow has the large non-fat or plain yogurts on sale 2/$4.   Lap several layers of fine cheesecloth (I bought a package of cheap cheesecloth and used 4 layers) over a tall bowl, making a bowl shape, with room below for the liquid to seep (save the yogurt container).  Secure with a rubber band.  Cover with saran wrap.  The next morning, spoon out the thickened top yogurt into the saved container.  You'll end up with about 3/4 of a container of a greek style yogurt.  Throw away the liquid in the bowl.    It must be the liquid that adds the "tang," because this tastes just as good as Fage brand

It was good to meet you, too! I hope you will continue to join us for coffee

I'm going to order some of the banana creme and maybe the vanilla cream Lean Dessert, as I have some "ideas" for actual protein based desserts.
