ME? I plan to take it easy.. I haven't made the best choices the last few days so I am going to really work on my protein, protein, protein and water, water, water!

I need to work on getting in more protein, too.  In fact, I cooked extra chicken and bought some ham, beef links and more yogurt to grab some GOOD things to munch on when I'm hungry.

D- Pork chop or Steak, veggie, Red potato

Like everyone else . . . my goal for the day was more protein and water.  AND now as I post this I realize I'm off to a rotten start - 

B - Skinny Latte and half a bagel and cheese (guess I can just improve from here)

L - Grilled Turkey Filet, Green Beans
D - Lemon-pepper Cod
