Hey everyone... I hope you have a happy hump day!

Here's a thought to ponder for today: How has your WLS positively affected your family?

Besides that... what are you eating today?

Me?

B: Yogurt, flaxseed
L: beef, rice, cheese mixture I used to stuff peppers last night
D: brussel sprouts

My WLS has had a good effect in my home... my roommate eats healthier and exercises more. My mom is happier and compliments me a lot more... and we are all able to be more active together!



2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese
L-prosciutto wrapped around mozzarella cheese (Byerlys)
D-meatloaf and fresh green beans

Snack-protein if needed and fruit

Tons of water as always!!!

B: veggie sausage, boiled egg
S: 10 raisins
L: Tuna w/mayo and pickle, triscuits
S: protein drink
D: veggie chicken patty, mashed pots
