Me? I went on an hour walk yesterday. Today I will run around at work... and hopefully go for a 30 minute walk at some point.

Greetings Everyone!
Even though I totally overslept this morning (woke up when I am normally woaling out the door) I managed to get in about 50 minutes of cardio- had to skip the eliptical -(. With the cholesterol delight hokiday of Passover beginning last night I know it will be more important than ever to get my morning workouts in.
It is a beautiful day outside today- I hope that everyone has a chance to re-energize a little bit in the fresh air and sunshine!

Yesterday I did 40 minutes of weight lifting and a one hour step aerobics class which I looked like a fool trying to follow the instructor.
Today back to 1/2 hour on the stationary bike and 1/2 hour on the elliptical machine.

Me, I've been enjoying taking the Hazelnut out for evening walks - I may try to take her out with me on my bike, but I could be killed.
