FRI: How are you moving?

Hello my lovelies!! I hope you all had a wonderful week! The warming weather combined with the inspiration of a new season gets a lot of us a lot happier! There's nothing like a good mood to get us movin'!

So how are you moving today?

Me? I will do about an hour of fast walking at work... and then dancing tomorrow night!

Happy Friday!  I will be heading off to the Gym and doing a little over an hour of cardio. and some strength training.  I haven't been very good about lifting this week- so I will move it up on the importanct scale.  I know it is important to help build that lean muscle mass.  If the weather stays this nice I may have to go for an outside walk this weekend!

I'm watching my 9 month old nephew today so I'll either take him for a walk or if it's too cold I'll use my parent's (home for Easter) treadmill when I get home.  Either way I'll do at least 30 min.

Last night was great, I must say - I got an 8 gig Sony video walkman as a 20 year anniversary gift from my employer.  Haven't actually loaded much on it yet, but took that on a walk WITHOUT the Hazelnut - I was so lost in the music and thoughts, I ended up walking about 3x as far as I usually do!

(my crap knee is killing me this morning, but I loved it!  Me & the Sony will be doing  that LOTS more often!)
