binders

How long did everyone use their binders?  Hours/day? Days/weeks?  Thanks.

I've been using mine almost 24/7, but I saw Dr. Pierce yesterday at my 2 week appt. and he said I could leave it off or throw it away.  I have noticed my posture is not as good, I think I'm relying on it too much.  Hope this helps.  Good luck with you upcoming surgery!

I had surgery 2 weeks ago today and yesterday Dr. Benn's PA told me to wear mine for up to 5 weeks? I am still wearing it but it does feel good to get it off in the evenings. Not sure that helped I guess I am realizing all docs have different methods on this surgery and post op too.
