How did you strain your cream soups?

Have Cream of Chicken how do I strain the Chicken out for LD?

I just used a strainer and it worked well

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I too just used an old metal strainer, the plastic ones I have the holes were bigger than the metal mesh type one. Good Luck!!!!!

This has been the best decision besides marriage and kids that I have ever made!!

I used asmall metal mesh strainer. They are pretty inexpensive.
