MON: How ya movin?
If you celebrate Easter, it's time to work off that Easter meal! I, myself, didn't indulge at work much yesterday, but I did have my fair share of candy.

Me? I plan to take a walk... it should be a gorgeous week!
I also plan to do some strength training, especially on my arms!

I was a good girl yesterday......I thought I would gain though because Ham always seems to put on the weight.....I didn't, I actually lost 2 pounds from yestarday.....I did the treadmill twice, plus we all took a walk in the woods......Yay.......I'll take a loss anyday, It was worth it to be good......
Today I plan on doing the treadmill twice again....And doing the Wii fit......

Good Morning Everyone!
Passover is doing kind of a number on my level of Carbs (it is amazing how many things have "forbidden" ingredients). I made it to the gym this morning, did about 80 minutes of cardio and some strength training. I really need to talk to the trainers and see what I can start doing with my thighs and arms.

I did a 5K run today on a treadmill for the first time ever, 13 minute miles. It really felt good and I'm quite proud of myself for the accomplishment a true WOW moment. I finished up the 5K with a 20 minute bike and then some ab work.
