TUES: How are you moving?
It's a great week to get outdoors and walk or just enjoy being outdoors. You get a two-for-one: fresh air and exercise!

Elena, where did you find the Nordic Walking poles?? I think they might be able to help my balance enough so I can walk outside. Right now I am outside with the kids for recess- but am still afraid to go walking outside. I would like to try some of the upcoming 5K's!
Today I will head off to the gym and do about an hour of cardio- I need to go to work a little earlier than usual. If you would have told me 9 months ago that I would become a gym rat I would have laughed in your face! Now I can't imagine not going each day- how weird is that???

I was pretty tired and sore from working out yesterday. I did manage to get in 2.5 miles on the eliptical and will be walking around 2.5 miles on the walk at Baker today. Can't wait to see everyone.

I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Spent 30 minutes raking the yard after work. Cleaned up the garage and did some rearraning (switching around the snowblower and lawn mower - that thing weighs a ton!). Going to be spending some more time outside raking some more and doing some stuff with the flower garden. I enjoy doing the outside stuff so don't really consider it exercise.
