The week goes by really fast sometimes... it's HUMP day already!

Me? I plan to take a walk... I've been lazy lately.

Amazingly enough it is Hump Day already!!! You are right, the week is going quite fast!! I woke up early this morning to do some homework before heading off to the gym for my morning work out. Today will be time on the elliptical, bike, treadmill, and some strength training. My goal for the day is to do a total of 60 minutes of cardio (including warm up and cool down). I have discovered that I can read the morning paper while on the bike without getting dizzy- I'll count that as a small win!! Maybe someday I will be able to walk on the treadmill without holding on for dear life!!
