After not having a real weight loss for 2 weeks the scaled moved this morning. I officially had a 1 in front of my weight for the first time in about 18 years!! I did a double fist pump! Wow that was a wonderful feeling. Words can not explain how grateful I am for this tool/gift I have been given. Thank you all for your support and it has really helped and I look forward to gaining more insight and support in the years to come!
