Our challenge for today is to support OBESITY HELP! This site is and has been so beneficial and a blessing to all of us. I don't know what I would have done w/o OH. I was so doubtful about weight loss surgery when it was mentioned to me by my friends and my Dr. I had never heard of obesityhelp.com until my Dr. told me to check out the site, get as much information as I could and then let him know. After the first couple of days, I KNEW that WLS WAS FOR ME! This website answered EVERY question I had. I know this site has helped you. I challenge you today to support this site and to spread the word about OH.com!! C'mon! Help us spread the word to any and everyone you know that is even THINKING about WLS. It will help them so much!
So, who's up? What cha sippin' on this morning? Me? I'm LOVING this Blueberry Cobbler coffee from my super nice OBESITY HELP COFFEE MUG! This mug is da bomb!. The coffee though? It is SOOOO good. Thanks again Aunt Mary and OH, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for my Coffee Mug! I love it!

ABSOLUTELY! I have shared OH with anyone and everyone I've met who might benefit from it, since I found it! Newbies at PNC support group, a couple of co-workers who have commented on my weightloss who have their own struggles with weight, even some casual acquaintences who have mentioned my loss & questioned how I've done it!
I do know WLS people who DON'T come here and struggle terribly, and I've tried to suggest they come here to keep their WLS a top priority in their lives, but they don't - and they are not demonstrating much success, if any, with their tools. I don't get that, but I can't MAKE people embrace their tool OR OH - I can only share how it has helped me!
