I live at 2121 Garfield Ave S in Minneapolis- which is one and 1/2 block off of Franklin and Lyndale (In the vicinity of Rudolph's Barbeque, Mortimer's Bar and the Wedge Co-Op). It's literally half a mile off of the 94 East Lyndale/Hennepin exit.
