Product Review - drinks & eats

Darla has often tempted me with the Ocean Spray water mixes and I was disappointed for quite a while over the fact that she'd find them at Wal-Mart out in her neck of the woods yet the one by my house didn't carry them. So, one day last week, I trekked to Maple Grove and visited the one out there (I honked at your place, Elena - hehee). WOWIE WOW WOW!

Loved their Supercenter grocery store. I found the Ocean Spray mixes (stick packs & canisters) and stocked up! And man are they yummy! Thanks Darla, for the recommendation long ago. I bought the Cran-grape and the White Cran Peach. mmmmm I'm not a huge fan of peach drinks, but this one is nice and light IMO.

Also, I found Tyson frozen chicken drummies in Tequila Lime flavor. A little spicy but very good - nice protein snack!

And finally, they have the Crystal Light frozen popsicles. Several different flavor combos, but I picked up the Pink Lemonade & Pomegranate one's. My kids cleared out the pomegranate flavored one's almost immediately, hard to tell they're SF!

Anyone have other products reviews to share?

Guess I'll be heading to a Super Walmart before my surgery to stock up too! Thanks for the feedback! I wondered how those ocean spray mixes were. Those sticks last me a whole day's worth of drinking water.. I just need a little pinch of mix to flavor my water!

The frozen CL pops will be excellent post op! Thanks!

Sugar free Jello pudding is my fave "sweet" treat! When I need a chocolate fix i grab one of those. 60 cals and sugar free.

I was just there Saturday myself - and was SHOCKED at the price!  The Crystal Light mixes are currently $1.97 at WallyWorld - I had a hard time not filling my whole flippin' CART with them!

My current favorite flavor is the LivActive Crystal Light Raspberry Peach - YUMMO!  The cool thing about all the different flavors?  My KIDS like them, too!  And with POP prices going through the stratosphere, I LOVE that they'll drink the SF flavors & not beg me for so much POP!!!  (Although I wish they'd just mix up their OWN bottle & stop sucking the life out of MINE!!!)

Hey Darla...

A girlfriend of mine buys unflavored seltzer water by the case at Sams Club and when her kids are whining about buying pop she just makes her own in a way.. she carbonates the crystal light or sugar free kool-aid!

THAT sounds interesting!  I wonder if that H2Oh carbonated water would work?  I used to LOVE that stuff myself, but don't dare drink it anymore...

Thanks for the idea!!!

Hi Amy...I love the Ocean Spray products too. They have so much flavor.

I didn't know that CL made popscicles. I haven't seen any of them in St. Cloud yet. The pomegranate sound wonderful!!

Thanks for the review!!

Love and hugs....connie d
