That's right! It's time to eat... let's make this day a day where we enjoy eating! The nice thing about WLS is that we learn a new meaning to eating and we also get a better respect for what it is to really enjoy food!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I had a tummy ache this morning (boo), so I haven't really been eating much today. I have however been drinking tons of water!!


B: 1 cup of red grapes

L: 2 oz turkey, 2 oz cheddar, 100 calorie pack of cocoa roast almonds

D: Thai Curry Shrimp!
