2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

S- yogurt with granola
L- Chicken fajita
S- yogurt
D- Lobster and baked potato & veggie

Well I got my hunger back and gained some of the weight back that I had lost last week, Dang......Went shopping yesterday, bought a pair of sandals at DSW and a outfit at J.C. Penney.....Going back today to see if they have this "HOT" outfit I passed on, A Black vest and shorts.......God it was sexy.....It would be perfect for those dancing nights.....

Happy Monday!!

Breakfast 1 (out of bed)- Oatmeal with Peanut butter and a little chocolate soy milk
Breakfast 2 (at 8:30)- Yogurt and Kashi
Lunch- Cottage Cheese w/Bacos, Carrots, Almonds
Dinner- Chicken smothered with salsa
Snack- SF Popsicle and string cheese

It feels good to be back in control of my diet!!
