B - Low Carb Slim Fast 190cal, 9g Fat, 6g Carb, 20g Pro
No Snack - 32oz water from 8am - 11:30
L - Grilled tilapia 3oz with aparagus sprinkles with parm. chz. 125 cal, 3.5g Fat, 1.2carb, 22.7pro
No snack 1pm - 4pm 32oz water, 4pm - 6pm 32oz water
D - Same as lunch (It WAS SOO GOOD) 125 cal, 3.5g Fat, 1.2carb, 22.7pro
Snack - when I come home from Softball Practice - cott. chz 90cal, 4g fat, 4 carb, 9 pro
Totals for the day
530CAL - NUT told me yesterday to stay around 600 hundred
