THURS: How are you moving?
Yesterday I Nordic walked for 40 minutes and it felt gooooooood!
Today, I plan on doing the same and possibly adding the treadmill. But if the weather is amazing, I'll be outdoors!

It is supposed to be an amazing day outside- I can't wait to be out and enjoying it! I was at the gym this moring, did 60 min. of cardio and 20 min. of strength traininng.
I have my 9-month check up today and will be asking about the water weight I seem to be gaining each day. It is frustrating to weigh that much more at the end of the day (and feel my clothing get tighter as the day goes on......... I'll see what they have to say.
