1 ST veggie quiche, straw berries, tomatoes  2ND cheerios,peanut butter , banana  3rd fish baked. salad  was a bad girl had candy bar at work

L - 6shaved turkey slices w/ Laughing cow chz wedges (2ea) and Horseradish Sauce
      160 Cal, 8g Fat, 6g Carb, 14g Pro

D - Swiss and Ham Roll Ups with Light Miracle Whip
      265 Cal, 14g Fat, 5g Carb, 27g Pro

If I do have a snack with will be SF popcicle today

Totals for the day 615 Cal, 31g Fat, 17g Fat, 61g Pro
