Hi to my old friends here. It has been forever since I have been on to check out my "peeps". When I was a newbie I was almost obsessed with this website and checking back to it for updates. It was my lifeline as I made the most amazing changes in my life and I am so thankful to all who took part in my transformation. Not that I am done by any means. I think we are always changing...hopefully for the better. It was just two years since I had RNY surgery and my life was changed forever. At 350 pounds, I didn't have much of a life. (I know I don't have to explain that statement to any of you.) Now at 165 pounds my life is much better. I am healthier now and can do things I never in my life thought possible. It is still a lot of work. There is nothing easy about change, with or without the help of RNY. Two years out I can honestly say that this whole process saved my life and for that I am thankful.
