I am going to try to work on my cravings today. My hope is that if I pack enough dense protein, this will do the trick. It's hard having a loose band... truly. :(

Thanks for doing this...I don't always post but I need to today....I have gained 5 pounds, and am just so pissed at myself....It's been a rough 1-2 weeks and I have turned somewhat to food.......So I need to get back on track.....
