I walked 2.5 miles this morning. The skies are gray, which fit my mood, but I did see a dove on the way back, which gave me a sense of hope about today.
I have been going to LifeTime Fitness Five days a week. I do cardio eaach time and then weights alternating upper and lower body! It feels great! I was out of the groove for months...I am so thankful I got back into it!
