Today I'll hopefully go out dancing at night at least a little but otherwise I am going to try to get a walk in.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I walked 2.5 miles this morning.  The skies are gray, which fit my mood, but I did see a dove on the way back, which gave me a sense of hope about today.

Going to the gym now to lift weights for an hour and eliptical for 1/2 hour and probably take a sauna to relax a bit.

I'm SLOWLY getting ready for a 5K.......

Today I will walk, jog, walk, jog for 2 miles......It's a great time for thinking, which I've been doing a lot lately with my struggles......

Then tonight I will be walking the Mall of America with hubby......

I ran  the Get In Gear 10K(6.2 miles) this morning.  I did it in 45 min.

I have been going to LifeTime Fitness Five days a week.  I do cardio eaach time and then weights alternating upper and lower body!  It feels great!  I was out of the groove for months...I am so thankful I got back into it!
