When life hands you lemons make lemonade
Well it's been a while since I've been on here, been busy but now I'm back.
I was laid off from my job last Friday, which really sucks but it was the first time that I didn't eat my emotions and managed to deal with the news in an appropriate way, yeah for me!
I decided that rather than be bitter and angry about allof this, that I try and put a positive spin on it. I figure I can work on the last 25lbs that I need to loose (my body just does not want to give it up) and what better time than spring time to be without a job, sunny weather and garden prep.
I hope everyone is doing well, whether you are pre-op, post-op or just a browser, remember when life hands you lemons make lemonade, sugar free of course!

Sorry to hear that you lost your job, but so nice to hear that you're making lemonade anyway...just make sure it's sugar free!!!
(Sorry, I couldn't resist)!

agree with the rest, but the only thing I want to share is this idea: maybe your body is happy where it is at? Are your numbers all in line? the body continues to change for a long time after you stop losing. Can you appreciate where you are now, and maybe even be happy there? The number on a scale is just a number.
