okay I can't get it...... My hubby and I tried to change it and can't get it. I delete the old one go to boot up the new one and neither work....the old one disappears and then comes back. This is different from the last time I changed it....any input would be great......THANKS

I also have been having trouble! I went to the resize website and made it as small as you can and it keeps saying the pic is too big. So I also could use some help!! Thanks

The picture you had before, you had a pink shirt on. Now I see you with a white shirt and shorter hair.

Have you tried hitting F5 ? That refreshes the screen to my new avie when I change mine.
