I have recommited to exercise. Today I plan to walk for 30 minutes and do some jogging there too!

How are you moving today?
I woke up before my alarm went off this morning, so I walked 2 miles in the dark. A couple of friends have health issues that they are trying to sort out and I find myself worrying about them. As long as they are seeking medical attention, one can only hope for the best I guess.
I plan to walk again at lunch time. In the mean time, my thoughts and prayers are with my friends.
I have walked another 4 miles or so since this morning. The geese are out in force in the park areas along the Mississippi, including some fluffy, awkward goslings.
