THURS: What are you eating?
I got a fill yesterday so today I am on liquids!

B: protein shake with milk and a bit of SF hazelnut syrup
S: coffee (damnit... I'm hooked again)
L: 2 hardboiled eggs, small cup of blueberry yogurt
S: small square of cheddar cheese and 100 calorie pack of cocoa roasted almonds (MY NEW FAVORITE SNACK!!)
D: very undecided... hopefully I have an idea by the time this rolls around!

B - Slim Fast
L - 2oz tuna w/ M-whip light, celery, onion, cilantro, little mustard, salt and pepper with 11 rice crisp crackers from trader joes. (They are tiny and I used them to scoop my tuna)
S - boiled egg before softball practice for energy
D- probably my tuna salad again or I might make hamburger helper for hubby and take out 1/4c of hamburger before I put the noodles and sauce in and mix it with pasta sauce and cheese.
