FRI: What are you eating?

I am doing the Plateau Buster's Diet so here's my plan for today:

6 meals:

-3 oz cottage cheese
-3 oz turkey (slices)
-3 oz peanuts
-3 oz cottage cheese
-3 oz turkey
-3 oz ground beef

Whey powder drink

What are you eating today?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Hi Elena...I am feeling better today but will be very cautious of what I eat today.Not sure what it will be yet.

I will get in the protein and water I need.

B: protein shake with 8 oz. milk

L: 3 oz turkey, 2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 peach fruit cup

S: some type of alcoholic beverage! although i'm going to get something VERY small. (the lab is going out for happy hour to celebrate my boss' tenure.)

D: undecided again. damn!
