Plateau Buster Diet:: DAY THREE

The day went by pretty well considering I've been up from 7:30 a.m. to 4 a.m. today. The moon was stable surprisingly. I was told to beware of headaches and crabbiness from carb withdrawal, but so far so good. I think Day 2 was the  worst.

I had my six meals, but added one meal because of the long schedule:

--Cottage cheese
--Turkey slices
--Cottage cheese
--Yogurt cup
--2 oz cheese/1 egg
--Peanuts

Additional meal
--4 oz ham

Drank 6 cups of water... not as good as I should, but oh well
Danced for 2 hours - exercise!
I didn't drink my supplement drink because I consider the ham my 'supplement'
I did take all my vitamins!



2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

You totally have motivated me to cut the crap from my diet.  Today is day 1 of my plataue buster!

Ok....ok, tomorrow is my day!  I have got to beat the carb monster!  He has been winning for way too long!  I'm at the office right now, but taking your list of acceptable foods and heading to the grocery before going home!
