Plateau Buster Diet:: DAY THREE
The day went by pretty well considering I've been up from 7:30 a.m. to 4 a.m. today. The moon was stable surprisingly. I was told to beware of headaches and crabbiness from carb withdrawal, but so far so good. I think Day 2 was the worst.
I had my six meals, but added one meal because of the long schedule:
--Cottage cheese
--Turkey slices
--Cottage cheese
--Yogurt cup
--2 oz cheese/1 egg
--Peanuts
Additional meal
--4 oz ham
Drank 6 cups of water... not as good as I should, but oh well
Danced for 2 hours - exercise!
I didn't drink my supplement drink because I consider the ham my 'supplement'
I did take all my vitamins!
