FRI: How are you moving?

On Thursday I took a 30 minute walk outside and then did the treadmill for 15 minutes. BIG DEAL: I jogged for 5 minutes straight on the treadmill!! WOW!!

Today I have work so I'll be running around there and then maybe 15 minutes at the gym at night.

How are you moving today?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

After a day without major movement I will head back to the gym this morning.  It will be a short day there, but I will walk for about 40 minutes.  Then going to a conference and the Festival of Nations.  Should get some good walking in there (no elevator for me today :-)).  Have a GREAT weekend!

I walked 2 miles this morning.  I have walked 3.5 or 4 miles since this morning, too.

I plan on getting out and taking a long walk this afternoon.

I also plan on doing some walking. And I think a friend and I are going to take her dog to the dog park! Hooray!

Biked 10 miles today and did some abs and weight lifting. Tomorrow I will be dancing all night long.
