Plateau Buster Diet: DAY TWO
DAY TWO
MOOD:
Today wasn't so easy and I expect tomorrow to be even harder. I did everything right and how I was supposed to but MAN did I ever crave carbs. The nut rolls were singing and talking to me all day. At this point, I don't care if this helps me lose weight... I just care that it helps me drop my carb addiction. Seems to be working so far. I know the ups and downs are all part of my band journey, so now I am getting myself UP from a DOWN.
My 6 four ounce meals were:
--Cottage cheese
--Yogurt
--Turkey slices
--Cottage Cheese
--Turkey slices
--2 cheese sticks/egg
--I exercised for 30 minutes (15 elliptical, 15 treadmill)
--I drank my whey protein shake.. contemplating mixing it with milk, though I wonder if that's OK to do for this diet.
--I took my multivitamin
--I drank 8 cups of water... and once again... peed a hell of a lot.
All in all....2 days of following the rules 100 percent. GO ME!
