Thats a really cool tool. Thanks for pointing it out. It helps looking at a chart and seeing that if you only lose 4 lbs in a month, after rapid weight loss, its part of reality..

Based on that, I'm a month behind. Given my experience at 4 months, I would not go by this at all. Plus, it's just based on averages if you think about it. And remember, every body and every person is different and YMMV (you mileage may vary).

Use it as a guide perhaps, but don't get too fixated on it.

Wow.. that is very depressing to look at.  I am not even close to being where that said I should be.  So I agree, I wouldn't go by that.
