Plateau Buster Diet: DAY ONE

Day one (yesterday) went well... though I was a tad bit hungry.

I am doing 6 meals instead of 5 (I've seen different versions of the diet say 5-6 meals, so I am going for SIX). And I am doing 4 oz instead of 3oz each.

--Cottage Cheese
--Flounder
--Peanuts
--Flounder
--Cottage Cheese
--Cornish hen

--I exercised for 45 minutes
--I drank a whey protein supplement (60g protein)
--I drank 8 cups (2 quarts) of water... peed a lot.

My mood? Hungry, but not irritated... it's a major carb detox for me so I am expecting it might get bad, lol.

I will post about every day... sorry so many posts but I figure this forum isn't super busy so you guys/gals won't mind anyway.
