Welcome to Sunday! Today I plan to take a walk outside and go dancing tonight... Sunday nights are the days I do the most intense dancing... it can kick cardio kickboxing's butt any day, lol

 2 miles in 20 mins on elliptical
15 minutes of weight lifting
30 minutes of cleaning house
10 mins of stair climbing
20 mins of yoga/stretching..

that's about it so far..
