SAT: What are you eating?
I'm on Day 3 of my Plateau Buster Diet. I truly wasn't sure if I was going to survive yesterday, LOL
Here is the plan for today (4 oz each):
--Cottage cheese
--Turkey slices
--Peanuts
--Chicken
--Egg/2 cheese sticks
--Hamburger patty
--Whey protein drink
I will be up from 7am today to about 4am Sunday so I might add a few more meals in there because of that. I don't think I will last nearly 24 hours with 6 tiny meals, but we'll see.
