Plateau Buster Diet:: DAY FOUR
Today (Sunday) went really well! I had a birthday party to go to but I came at the end when all the cake and goodies were gone. I also went to a LapBand coffee group so that kept me motivated!!
I didn't drink as much water as I should have. In total, probably about 5 cups,
Drank my protein shake!
Exercised - 1 and a half hours of dancing
Food:
Ground beef
Turkey slices/egg
Ground beef/egg
That was all for today actually...
I am down 3lbs so far! WOW! And the carb monster is giving up the fight.
