TUES: How are you moving?
Yesterday I took an hour walk with some intervals of running. I really enjoyed that so I am hoping that I will have the time to do the same today!

How are you moving today?
I will hit the gym again today. I am still looking forward to trying to walk more outside, but having a little fear and anxiety about falling (my balance still isn't great). Believe it or not the eliptic al has become my friend! I am up to a level 3 resistance and enjoy the cross training program- always keeps me guessing a little bit!!
