Plateau Buster Diet:: DAY FIVE
Today has been good though I am starting to slip on my water. I need to recommit.
I ate:
--Peanuts
--Chicken
--Cottage cheese
--Turkey slices
--Ground turkey/egg
I got about 5 cups of water in.
I exercised for an hour.
I fear that my weight is severely going to fluctuate the next few days... I can usually feel myself getting bloated. Ergh... that's the last thing I want!
