Plateau Buster Diet: DAY SIX

I'm on day 6. On Saturday I weighed in at Weigh****chers. Then I did again today (Tuesday). I was doen 4.8lbs. WOW! I'll take that!

It seems to be slowing down but I am going to work hard to not let it! 

Food:

--Peanuts
--Cottage Cheese
--Turkey slices
--Ground Turkey (2x)
--Yogurt

Protein shake
15 minutes of dancing, 15 minutes playing on playground, lol
4-5 cups of water... NEED more.

Biggest issue? So I am taking some laxatives.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Try adding fiber. I eat fiber one yogurt and that helps alot. I am so proud of you! And can't wait to do a happy dance with you.

Bet you'll be at 100 lost by the end of your 10 days.  Losing 4.8 already is GREAT!!
